Same-day slots are usually available Monday to Wednesday for routine work. Pre-NCT and Pre-Purchase Inspections book out 2–3 days ahead in busy weeks. Emergency repairs: we always try to make room.

Yes. Many customers drop off before the workshop opens — just push the keys through the slot and we'll find them. Confirm with us by phone first if it's a complex job.

Always. Every quote and every line on the prices page includes 23% VAT. The price you see is the price you pay at the till.

Standard diagnostic is €60 with a printed report. If you ask us to do the repair the diagnostic uncovered, we waive the diagnostic fee — you only pay for the repair.

We don't price-match dealers — we're typically half the dealer price already. We do match the price of any independent garage in Dublin if you have a written quote.

No. Under EU Block Exemption Regulation, manufacturer warranties remain valid as long as servicing is done to schedule with manufacturer-spec parts and fluids. We log every service and email the line items so you have an audit trail.

We run multi-brand OBD-II plus manufacturer-specific scanners for Toyota (Techstream), VAG (VCDS), BMW (ISTA), Mercedes (XENTRY), Ford (FORScan) and others. Twelve brand-specific tools on the bench.

Both — depending on the job. Where it matters (timing belts, brake friction, suspension geometry parts) we fit OEM-spec. Where it doesn't (filters, wipers, bulbs) we fit quality aftermarket and pass the saving on. The choice is on the quote, before the job starts.

12-month or 20,000 km labour and parts warranty on most repairs (whichever comes first). Some specialist jobs (DPF cleans, clutch kits) have manufacturer-set warranty terms — we tell you on the quote.

The NCT is the legal Irish road-worthiness test, done at an NCTS centre, with a fee of around €56. A Pre-NCT is what we do at our workshop — €49, the same 50 inspection points, but with the option to fix anything we find on the spot.

If you fix everything we flag, yes. Every NCT failure point is a Pre-NCT inspection point. We can't sit the test for you, but we can tell you with confidence whether the car would pass today and what specifically would need fixing.

If the failure is on a point we should have caught — bring the failure sheet back. We re-check at no charge and put it right within the cost of the original repair.

Two weeks is ideal. That gives time for any failed-point repair to be ordered and fitted, and for you to take the actual test the following week.

Yes — we tow any car to our workshop or to a destination of your choosing. Cars towed for diagnostics get the diagnostic-fee waived if we go on to do the repair.
