Full or interim — which do I need? +
Interim every 12 months / 10,000 km, full every 24 months / 20,000 km — that's the rule of thumb for most petrol/diesel cars. Hybrids and EVs run different intervals; we follow the manufacturer schedule for your car.
Do you reset the service warning light? +
Yes — included in every service. We reset via manufacturer-specific tool (Toyota Techstream, VAG VCDS, BMW ISTA, Ford FORScan etc.) and log the date and mileage.
How long will my car be with you? +
A standard service is 2–3 hours. Drop off in the morning, pick up the same afternoon. If we find something else needing attention, we ring you with a quote first — no surprises.
