How long does it take? +
Standard 1-hour slot. Drop off and wait, or leave the keys and pick up. If we find a fixable failure you want done same-day, we'll let you know whether the slot allows for it.
Will I pass the actual NCT after this? +
If you fix everything we flag, yes — every NCT failure point is a Pre-NCT inspection point. We can't sit the test for you, but we can tell you with confidence whether the car would pass today.
Do I need to book in advance? +
Same-day slots usually Mon–Wed. Thu–Sat books out 2–3 days ahead — it's our most-booked service. Phone 01 847 5146.
What if the car still fails NCT after? +
If you fixed everything we flagged and the car still fails on a point we should have caught — bring the failure sheet back. Re-check at no charge, repair within original cost.
